high bit video file playback issue

when i play this ts file on aios, it output audio normal but video. the file is fine when playing with VLC.
the below is info of the video file.
is there anyway i can make aios play it?

At this bit rate you need to use MPEG-4 AVC in a mt2s container.
MPEG-2 doesn't work on these boxes for such high bit rate.

do i have to re-encode?
any software recommend?

Yup, re-encoding is a must.
You can use http://handbrake.fr/ there is lots of resources about it online.
