I made my purchase at BestDirect.ca

I ordered the item 08/19/2012, the receipt shows order # 123 on 08/19/20

the order was processed 08/20/2012, and the packing receipt shows a different order #456 on 08/20/2012

which receipt am I supposed to send? I sent both to be sure.

You should have used whatever says "invoice" ..
Any way, its not that much of a deal because the MIR runs for the whole month.

that's an order confirmation you received, not an actual receipt or invoice. An receipt or an invoice is what was issued DURING or AFTER they ship the product.
