Fan failed... now what?

My Pivos AIOS is less than a year old and the fan has failed. Where can I get a replacement?

I've cut two tickets with Pivos support and recieved no messages from them - and nothing in my Spam box either.

Support should be able to send you a free fan replacement ..
have you tried emailing them ?
