lack of DTS-HD bitstreaming is not a bug but rather a limitation.
For choppy video playback, pass the file you are playing through "MediaInfo" and post the output here.

I would also like to know if the AIOS is better than the XIOS in form of performance and maybe running the linux xbmc so that the XIOS goes directly to XBMC instead of ICS. Just bought the device today, seems very nice for the size but I need something that can playback full video + Audio (would love to have DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD). Thanks for all your help and let me know if you want me to try something different as this is a new install. Just did the ICS upgrade today and install your new XBMC, so I am up for anything you want me to try.

DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD are on the hit list but there's no ETA on it yet.

The XIOS is a better presentation than the AIOS (or any other device in this class) will ever be.
That said, performance wise things like HD-Audio bitstreaming (for now) and BR ISO support (for now) favours the AIOS.
So at the end of the day it comes down to your own usage preference.

If you can try XBMC-Linux (since this is almost as good as it gets) this should tell us whether its Android tweeking that is needed or that its just a no go.

I see that under System Setting --> Video Output --> 1280 x 720

so that means that it is only 720P and not 1080P ???? and I can't make any change

This is not used in the Android port, its overridden by whatever Android system settings has.

Sorry but in my ICS in Setting --> Device --> Display --> Output Mode --> 1080P

but in the XBMC in only shows as 720P or 1280 x 720

Just finished to download the Linux xbmc firmware so I will be flashing it now and report back soon
